1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PrymoSec ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PrymoSec is a security awareness training platform that provides:

  • Interactive security training modules
  • Knowledge assessment quizzes
  • Completion certificates
  • Team management and progress tracking

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Be at least 16 years of age

4. Subscription and Payment

Subscription Plans

We offer monthly subscription plans and lifetime access options. Prices are displayed on our website and are subject to change with notice.

Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. Payment is processed securely through Stripe.

Free Trial

New subscribers may receive a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial period ends. You may cancel at any time during the trial.

Refunds

Monthly subscriptions may be canceled at any time. Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis within 30 days of purchase. Lifetime deals are non-refundable after 14 days.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Share your account credentials with unauthorized users
  • Copy, distribute, or resell training content
  • Attempt to bypass security measures
  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
  • Upload malicious code or content

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by PrymoSec and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.

7. Employee Limits

Your subscription plan includes a limit on the number of employees who can access the training. Exceeding this limit requires upgrading to a higher plan.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your organization's data. We process data as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. SECURITY AWARENESS TRAINING IS EDUCATIONAL AND DOES NOT GUARANTEE PROTECTION AGAINST SECURITY THREATS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRYMOSEC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
